Matilda Wnek and Ryan O’Sullivan are writers of comedy and drama for film, television and theatre. They won the BAFTA Rocliffe New Writing Competition 2017 with 'Other People', a narrative comedy, and have television drama scripts in development with several of the UK's major production companies. 

Their alt-clown comedy act BEARD won Laugh Out London's ‘Best Show at the Fringe’ award, 2015, and Embolon Theatre, founded in 2016, is an ongoing project to research and develop their writing for the stage. 

They are represented as a writing duo by Hannah Porter at United Agents.

Matilda co-created Capital, a sitcom about a group of civil servants who have to bring back capital punishment in the UK, after a referendum is won by a 51% majority.
